ROCK IT OUT AT A GLANCE
Rock-It-Out Inc. is a first-of-its-kind, Cleveland business providing an effective form of physical exercise to people who are living with Parkinson’s Disease. This non-contact boxing-inspired fitness routine is dramatically improving the ability of people with Parkinson’s Disease to live independent lives. Rock-It-Out Inc. has been known as Rock Steady Boxing Cleveland since 2013 and is an affiliate of the Indianapolis-based non-profit, Rock Steady Boxing. In 2020, we became a 501(c)(3) non-profit, offering live classes with several coaches and volunteers.
* If you are making a donation in memory of someone, please specify the boxer's name in the contact form at the end of this page. We are so grateful for your generosity to create this special program that helps our boxers fight Parkinson's.
